SPORT FOUNDATION COURSE

This basic program covers everything that young athletes need to know to create a strong sport foundation and to adopt healthy and performance habits into their lifestyle.

1 x 45-60min session once a week on Zoom, live every Sunday at 4.30pm. Recording will be available to view at any time for a week.

PDF work pages emailed each week for you to print.

After 4 weeks, there is a chance to upgrade to our Complete Program for an extra cost of £60. You will get an additional 4weeks which includes an understanding of macronutrients in sport, and how they work for a growing young body. You will also receive a gift, the amazing YoungAthlete diary with all your coaching materials inside and much more.

COMPLETE PROGRAM

Our Complete program is an 4 weeks Sport Foundation Course, plus 2 weeks extra “dive in” to understanding macronutrients in sport and how they work for a growing young body. With this course, I will send you a gift, our amazing coaching material in the format of a clipbook/diary in your choice of colour (first book, first choice) – Fuchsia, Pear, Petrol Blue or Navy.

CLUB-SPORT FOUNDATION WORKSHOP

2 sessions for max. of 20 athletes and their parents

This program covers basic knowledge which is essential for every young athlete to have and put into practice. It is also an introduction to our Complete program and is specially designed with flexible options: e.g. part one with young athletes before training and part two with parents only.

2 x 45min sessions for max. of 20 young athletes (with their parents).

Part One: Introduction, our philosophy, 1st element: stay hydrated and eat right, basic nutrients, building personalised menus suited to athlete’s preferences and tailored to their training or game time.

Part Two: Finish menus, most common questions and questions from the group.

As a result of young athletes commitment to practising what they’ve learnt, their physique, fitness level, energy, strength, concentration, positive mental attitude will improve and their coaches will then be able to introduce appropriate higher level training programs.

This program is ideal for families who want to make a changes as a whole unit, or for very busy parents who want help to get started and speed up the personal learning process.

Tailored program for up to 3 siblings, to fit your family lifestyle.

TEEN WORKSHOP (GIRLS)

Specially designed for girls of age 14-18 y.o.

If you have a group of a minimum of 3-5 girls, and a set date in our calendar doesn’t suit you, contact me to arrange another date, time and place.

  • Proper understanding of nutrients and how to fuel your body right in order to support your training or home/gym workout and the importance of post-workout recovery.
  • Good, healthy, balanced relationship with food and how to never sink or stay in the
    self-distraction world of yo-yo dieting.
  • Creating sustainable healthy habits, improving your physique and performance.
  • How to keep fit, strong, enjoy your exercise to feel great and benefits of different workouts.
  • How to keep a fit and happy mind, develop healthy self-confidence and a ‘ feel good to be me’ attitude.
  • Importance of self-care including sleep and the power of self-talk.
  • Learn the correct techniques for strength training to keep safe. Strength abdominal and back exercises, 5 -10 min daily routine.
  • 15 to 30 min. HIIT class with focus on functional and basic strength movements. (optional)

TEEN WORKSHOP (BOYS)

Specially designed for boys of age 14-18 y.o.

If you have a group of a minimum of 3-5 boys and a set date in our calendar doesn’t suit you, contact me to arrange a date, time and place.

  • Proper understanding of nutrients and how to fuel your body right in order to support your training or gym workout and the importance of post-workout recovery.
  • Good, healthy, balanced relationship with food and how to properly understand supplements and what you need to master before you will even think about using any.
  • How to never sink in the world of uncontrolled, chaotic, unnecessary, health risking supplementation and how to recognise crazy “magic” tips and shortcuts, which can damage your health in the long run or which don’t work or are unsustainable or unrealistic for you. 
  • Creating sustainable healthy habits, improving your physique and performance.
  • How to keep fit, strong, enjoy your exercise to feel great and the benefits of different workouts.
  • How to keep a fit and happy mind, develop healthy self-confidence and “feel good to be me” attitude.
  • Importance of self-care including sleep and the power of self-talk. 
  • Learn or check on your correct techniques for strength training to keep safe. Strength abdominal and back exercises, 5 -10 min daily routine.
  • 15 to 30min. fun balance, back and mobility class. Explaining how balance, mobility and a healthy back is massively important not only in supporting performance but also in improving quality of movement. (optional)
